DEPLOYMENT PROTOCOLS
At ALPHA OG, we take logistics seriously. Once you secure your gear, our mission is to deploy it to your coordinates with maximum speed.
We believe the future should be accessible — which is why deployment (shipping) is always on us.
MISSION BRIEF
We ship to almost every pincode in India with FREE standard shipping on prepaid orders.
Below are the deployment protocols, ETA windows, and escalation steps if your package goes dark.

PROCESSING TIME (PRE-DEPLOYMENT)
STANDARD WINDOW
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
SHIP NOTIFICATION
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
High Volume Note: During product drops (New Season Launches) or sale events, processing may take up to 3–4 business days due to high demand for 240gsm heavyweight inventory.

Delivery is usually faster (2–4 days) for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.

ORDER TRACKING (RADAR LOCK)
TRACKING ID
When your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.
ACTIVATION TIME
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available on the logistics partner’s website.
ESCALATION
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at
ALPHAOG2025@GMAIL.COM with your name and order number.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
ALPHA OG is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we do not leave a soldier behind.
If you received your order damaged, record a video while opening the package (Unboxing Video). This is mandatory for claiming a replacement.
Contact us immediately at our support email with the evidence, and we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
