By placing an order with Alpha OG, you acknowledge and agree to our strict, zero-exception sales policy. Read carefully before you checkout.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
    We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • NO CANCELLATIONS:
    Once your order is placed, it is instantly locked into our processing system. It cannot be canceled, altered, or modified.
  • NO REFUNDS:
    We do not issue money back. Period.
  • NO EXCHANGES:
    Know your measurements. Check the sizing charts before buying. We will not swap sizes, colors, or styles once your order is confirmed.
Note: We inspect all gear before shipping. However, if you receive a demonstrably damaged or defective item right out of the package, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. All other transactions are strictly closed upon purchase.
