You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. If 7 days have gone by since your gear arrived,
the protocol is closed and we cannot offer an exchange.

ELIGIBILITY CHECKS (STRICT)
Unworn & Unwashed: No sweat, no perfume, no stains.
Tags Attached: All original tags and the ALPHA OG 3D silicon branding must be intact.
Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original polybag/box.
Warning: If the item is found to be worn or used, the exchange will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
Due to the rise in logistics fraud, we require an unboxing video (where reasonably possible) to process claims of damaged, defective,
or missing items. Record a video while opening the package for the first time.
Without video evidence, we may be unable to accept claims for “Damaged Product” or “Missing Items,” unless otherwise required by applicable law.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
STEP 1
Email us at ALPHAOG2025@GMAIL.COM with your Order ID and the reason for exchange (e.g., “Size Issue”).
STEP 2
Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
STEP 3
Once approved, we will arrange a Reverse Pickup from your address.

COST OF EXCHANGE (LOGISTICS)

We bear the cost. The exchange is FREE
SIZE ISSUE / CHANGE OF MIND
Customer bears a flat logistics fee of ₹100,
deducted from Store Credit or paid via UPI before dispatch.

REFUNDS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
INSPECTION
Once your return is received and inspected at our base in Ambala, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
IF APPROVED
Refunds are issued as ALPHA OG STORE CREDIT (Gift Card) with no expiry, usable on
alphaog.co.
EXCEPTION
In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products where replacement is not possible, refunds may be issued to the original payment method,
as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Customized or Altered items
PRE-SHIPPING
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.
POST-SHIPPING
Once a tracking number is generated, cancellation is not possible. Customers must accept delivery and follow the exchange protocol.
