Size exchange is the only accommodation we offer. One swap per order. Item must be unworn, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging — exactly as it arrived. You have 48 hours from delivery to raise the request. After that, the window closes.

Every product page has a size chart. Use it. Ordering without checking and getting the wrong size does not qualify for a refund — only the one-time size exchange applies. No sympathy for skipping the chart.

Manufacturing defects are rare. If one reaches you, document it — clear photos — and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll assess and replace at our call. No defect claim is accepted without visual proof.

You ship it back to us. We ship the correct size forward — within India, on us. International customers cover shipping both ways. No exceptions on this.

Limited edition pieces and any custom or made-to-order items are excluded from the exchange policy entirely. When it's gone, it's gone — and that means exchanges too.

Technical fabrics under studio light photograph differently than they look in the dark. Minor colour and texture variation is not a defect. It's the nature of the material. This does not qualify for exchange or refund.
