Alpha OG Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's what you need to know.


1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is successfully placed and processed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • No Refunds: We maintain a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment for any reason.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Refusal of a COD package at the doorstep will result in a permanent ban from using the COD option for any future purchases.

2. Size Exchanges

We understand that getting the perfect fit is crucial for tactical and functional gear. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange Window: Size exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping Charges: The customer is solely responsible for bearing all shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to our facility, as well as the shipping fee for the new replacement size.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit note valid for future purchases.

3. Item Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the gear must meet standard retail condition guidelines:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original Alpha OG tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact and attached to the garment.
  • Garments returned with odors, stains (including makeup or deodorant), or pet hair will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Every Alpha OG garment undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the defect (an unboxing video is highly recommended).
  • Once verified by our team, we will replace the defective item at our cost. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

5. Sale Items & Accessories

  • All purchases made during promotional sales, clearance events, or using discount codes are final sale. No exchanges or size swaps will be entertained for these items.
  • Accessories, headwear, and masks are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

6. How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate a size exchange, please reach out to our support team at admin@alphaog.co with your Order ID and the new size required. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and the payment link for the exchange shipping fees.
