We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through our website.
This includes requests relating to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect colour
- Incorrect style
- Personal preference
- Fit preference
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning one
- Failure to review the sizing information before purchase
The website's existing customer terms similarly state that ALPHA-OG does not accept returns or exchanges and instruct customers to check sizing information before purchasing.
Size Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing an order.
Please carefully review the size guide and product information before purchasing.
We cannot exchange an item simply because the selected size does not fit as expected.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is demonstrably damaged or defective upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send the following to:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Our team will assess the claim and determine whether the product qualifies for an appropriate resolution.
Items That Have Been Worn
Products should be inspected immediately after delivery.
Claims concerning damage or defects should be made within the specified reporting period.
We may not be able to accept claims relating to damage caused after delivery through:
- Wear and tear
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
- Improper washing
- Improper care
- Modification or alteration
- Normal ageing of the garment
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system.
Orders cannot be cancelled, altered or modified after confirmation.
Final Sale
By completing a purchase from ALPHA-OG, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and sizing information and agree to our final-sale policy.
