ALPHA-OG is a techwear and rave clothing brand based in India, creating functional, utility-driven apparel for urban life, nightlife, techno culture and underground rave environments. We ship orders from India to customers in India and selected international destinations.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing system.

We carefully inspect products before dispatch to ensure that the item being shipped meets our quality standards.

Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on:

Destination
Weekends and public holidays
Operational or logistical circumstances

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address or contact details provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Within India

We currently ship ALPHA-OG products to serviceable addresses across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier network. Estimated delivery information, where available, will be displayed during checkout or communicated after dispatch.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operational timelines.

Remote locations, difficult-to-service areas, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events and other circumstances outside our control may result in additional delivery time.

3. International Shipping

ALPHA-OG offers worldwide shipping to supported destinations.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, local courier services and other factors outside our control.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ALPHA-OG is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for customs processing.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect, incomplete or invalid address was provided, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.

7. Damaged Packages

We inspect products before shipping.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package before opening it wherever possible.

If the product itself is demonstrably damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
A description of the damage or defect
Any relevant delivery information

Claims submitted after the applicable reporting period may not be accepted.

8. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or destinations may not be eligible for international delivery because of carrier restrictions, customs regulations or other logistical limitations.
